Seneca Park Zoo is thrilled to partner with UUU Art Collective to bring a carefully curated exhibition of multimedia artworks that demonstrate care and compassion for the wildlife and wild places in our community. We aim to connect the downtown Rochester arts community with the conservation education community of Seneca Park Zoo, inspiring artmaking, conversation, and action to protect our ecosystem.
What we’re looking for:
Submissions of all sizes and all media. Examples include but are not limited to: acrylic, watercolor, digital, printmaking, clay, video, fiber, and collage. UUU Art Collective and Seneca Park Zoo Society are looking for work that speaks to humanity’s need to connect with, care for, and conserve wildlife and wild places. All submissions will be reviewed and 10-12 will be selected by the UUU curatorial team for a 2-month public exhibition at the gallery. Works displayed in the exhibition will be made available for public auction, with proceeds supporting Seneca Park Zoo’s conservation and education programming. We ask that all artists submit the following, no later than Sunday, February 4th at midnight.
Ps. It’s FREE to submit!
