The inaugural Theoria Writers Residency is offering free 7-10 day stays and project stipends for writers, creatives, and other literary artists in Woodstock NY. Our residences support both early-career and established writers and artists in the development of new creative work that explores the relationship between the natural environment and arts, culture, mental health, and/or agriculture. At our sister property, White Feather Farm, we prioritize growing and donating organically grown food to our community in the Hudson Valley. We encourage artists, makers, and creatives to explore themes of sustainability and environmental consciousness across a variety of writing disciplines including poetry, screenwriting, fiction, music composition, non-fiction writing, and more.

We offer:
