Our reading period is from June 10, 2023 to September 10, 2023.

While there is no theme for our first issue, we are looking to celebrate creative, diverse, daring, and illuminating voices.

Submissions are read blind, so please do not include your name or identifying marks in your work.  Doing so may disqualify your submission.

Reading Fee is $10. This nominal fee gets you a free copy of the Spillway you are submitting to, whether your work appears in it or not. It also helps cover printing/shipping costs and ensures we can compensate our guest editors for their time.
