The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to administer an art installation program for City-owned properties. An organization can respond individually, or with partner organizations. In partnership with the City, the selected consultant(s) will create and distribute a call for artists, facilitate review of art proposals, develop and manage the contracts with the artists, and oversee the installation of the art.

This project is funded through the City’s Percent for the Arts program which aims to provide opportunities for historically underrepresented local artists and arts organizations, and increase access to art in neighborhoods throughout Rochester.

Pre-Proposal Conference

The City will facilitate a pre-proposal conference to discuss the RFP and provide Respondents with an opportunity to ask questions onThursday, August 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
