Flower City Noire Collective is calling for any local and non-local artists and presenters who’d be interested in being featured during Black Femme Book Week (contributing art, or leading events). We are looking for songwriters, poets, novelists, essay writers, performers, digital artists, etc to participate in the festivities of Black Femme Book Week. This call includes Black femmes who create art, or non-Black allies who create art. We are particularly aiming to uplift and highlight Black femme artists and writers who habitually are underrepresented. Our Black Femme Book Week celebration will take place between 2/15/23-2/19/23 in Rochester, NY! We hope to see you and your art during our celebration!
