Part of the Aid to Localities (ATL) program made possible by a special NYS Senate Initiative, this grant opportunity offers funding up to $10,000. This program is intended for individual artists and nonprofit organizations in Livingston and Monroe Counties creating programs that contribute to our communities through conscious engagement, artistic experience, and cultural development. This round of the Aid to Localities Relief Funding, The Arts Ignite Grant features one competitive opportunity for funding for all community, education and individual artist projects, with a focus on igniting arts and creativity in your community. Through these grants, we look forward to increasing equal access to the arts and those that create it across Livingston and Monroe County. This round features a more robust request sliding scale which will apply to all categories. These grants continue to be extremely competitive so it is important that the focus of this grant be original, creative, inspiring and involve the community in your 2026 project. This support enables highly creative professional artists, teaching artists, and organizations to serve geographically, economically, and ethnically diverse populations in order to increase the vitality of local communities in Livingston and Monroe Counties.
