The 2022 Rochester Game Festival will be held at RIT on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM.

There is no cost to exhibit at this year’s Rochester Game Festival Please, so please fill out this Application Form if you’re interested in applying for a table to present your game. YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31.

All exhibitors will receive a 6′ table to showcase their game, as well as access to power outlets and wi-fi. Power strips and extension cords will not be provided. It is strongly encouraged that you bring your own. Other equipment needs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

ROC Game Fest 2022 t-shirts, as well as snacks, will be provided to all exhibitors. We’re also planning to have at least one food truck at the event as well.

Game sales will be allowed during the event.

In accordance with RIT’s COVID-19 Safety Plan (RIT.edu/ready), masking will be optional for all attendees and proof of vaccination will not be required. These rules are subject to change, so please keep in touch with the organizers for the most up-to-date information.
